A creature you choose within range suddenly becomes clumsy and awkward. If the target fails on its Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC, it suffers the immediate effect of fumbling whatever it is holding, including weapons, potions, and the like (fragile objects may break on impact with the floor!).
Even on a successful saving throw, the creature is subject to the following limitations:
Moving at more than half speed requires a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check against your spell save DC.
Movement actions/object interactions (such as standing up, picking up an object, getting on a horse, opening a door) require an action.
Attacks or spells that require the use of hands (drawing arrows or material components, using a spell focus, activating a magic item with buttons) are done at half-efficiency as if affected by the slow spell.
