The cleric uses their mana to call upon the sea’s light. The natural luminescent properties of aquatic creatures (including microorganisms) are enhanced within the area of effect and even the minutest movements can produce light, such as the movement of water past stationary objects. Until the duration ends, creatures and objects are illuminated by a sheen of dim light, revealing their locations even in the darkest conditions. Small particulates and planktons appear almost like stars, hence the name. The material component is a vial’s worth of ammonia. 

At Higher Levels: The radius increases by 10’ for each additional spell point.
