You can invoke the power of the shades to control sources of light within range. You can cause lights to flicker, halving their effective range, or flash, doubling their range. Instead of targeting any number of lights, you can target a single source of light and completely extinguish it, permanently neutralizing its luminous properties, if any. A creature that can see the unseen will notice fish-like spirits consuming the light or contributing their own.
